(VOVworld)- The National Assembly’s Law Committee held its 14th plenary session on Monday to discuss the draft law on birth, marriage and death records and the law on the National Assembly’s organization. The National Assembly Standing Committee’s resolutions on NA agencies, deputies, People’s Councils, citizen reception and the processing of voters’ denunciation and complaints were also high on the agenda. The deputies agreed on new changes to the draft law on birth, marriage and death records which cover citizen identification codes and electronic records of births, marriages and deaths. Phan Trung Ly is Head of the Law Committee of the National Assembly.: “Two Ministries are in charge of managing this issue causing wastes due to overlapping. The National Assembly’s Standing Committee wants these two ministries to coordinate to eliminate unnecessary overlapping documents to reduce problems for citizens”.
