(VOVworld)- The Eurasia Economic Union (EEU) including Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will begin in 2015. All parties have reached expert- level agreement the establishment of the EEU. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the three countries will draft an agreement on specific commitments by all parties such as ensuring a free exchange of goods, services, capital, and workers. Putin issued the statement after a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on Tuesday in Moscow. Putin said he believes the agreement will be signed before May and all necessary documents will be approved by the end of this year.
