(VOVworld) – There has been a change in the leadership of the Executive Committee of Vietnamese party cells overseas for the 2010-2015 period. Standing member of the Party Secretariat Le Hong Anh chaired a ceremony to announce the decision to this effect on Tuesday.

The executive committee now belongs to the party committee of central agencies under the direct management of the Party Secretariat. Mr. Anh asked the executive committee of Vietnamese party cells overseas to help create a favorable environment for national construction and defense and the raising of Vietnam’s global status: “Party organizations under the Executive committee for Vietnamese party cells overseas should continue to reform and improve consultations to the Party Secretariat and Politburo in party building and overseas Vietnamese affairs. Efforts should be made to implement the party resolution on a number of issues in current party building and the movement to follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example as well as to increase the quality of party organizations and members abroad.”
