Exhibition features General Van Tien Dung's life and career
(VOVworld) - An exhibition honoring the life and career of General Van Tien Dung is being held at the Vietnam Military History Museum in Hanoi to mark General Dung’s 100th birth anniversary and the 42nd anniversary of national reunification.
On display are 300 documents and photos related to General Van Tien Dung during Vietnam’s two national resistance wars.
General Nguyen Xuan Nang, Director of the Vietnam Military History Museum, said: “This exhibition honors the contributions of General Dung to national defense and construction. Our aim is to kindle patriotism in the younger generation and introduce them to the revolutionary careers of their
predecessors.”
The exhibition will close on May 15.
