(VOVworld) - A music festival featuring all music genres delighted Hanoians with a range of performances at multiple sites across Hanoi on Sunday. The event was part of activities to mark the 70^th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, said Quoc Trung, the festival's music director: "This is a professional music program aimed at promoting modern professional music to the public. Music festivals took place at 10 outdoor public sites - some of them are historic or cultural sites - to introduce different genres of music to Hanoi’s citizens."
This was the first music festival on such as ground scale ever held in Hanoi, and the municipal authorities hope to make it an annual event.
