Families’ contributions, sacrifices for national independence and freedom remembered

(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Sunday visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Lam Thi Men, whose two children are martyrs. She is now living in a house of gratitude in Cao Bang city.

The Prime Minister wished Mother Lam Thi Men a new year of luck, happiness and good health to encourage her children and grandchildren to uphold the revolutionary tradition and actively contribute to building a rich and strong country.
Prime Minister Chinh affirmed that the Party, State and people always remember the families’ contributions and sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
He urged the local administration continue to take care of Mother Men, especially when she is aging and weak and lives with a sick child.
