According to Cuban leader Fidel Castro, there exists a conspiracy to harm the Cuban revolution relating to the case of seized North Korean ships which carried weapons from Panama 2 weeks ago. In a letters sent to leaders of countries attending the 60th anniversary of Cuba’s Armed Uprising Day, Castro stressed that recently, a conspiracy to destroy the reputation of the Cuban Revolution has appeared saying Cuba is “two-faced” and has misled the United Nations. He said no country, big or small, should be allowed to use weapons of mass destruction. Cuba has refused to sign an agreement prohibiting the use of nuclear weapons, which does not mean that Havana is seeking to produce this kind of weapon. Cuba does not approve of some countries having more privileges than other countries.
