(VOVworld) – Da Nang city received 120 tourists of Singapore Airlines on Friday, the first foreign tourists in 2014.
The tourists were received with lion and dragon dances. Tran Chi Cuong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “We held a traditional welcoming ceremony for them. We will introduce to them Vietnam’s cultural traditions to welcome the New Year and celebrations in our city.”
The city will receive its first foreign tourists via the sea on Saturday.
