French prosecutor: Strasbourg attacker has a string of conviction in Germany, Switzerland
(VOVWORLD) - French prosecutor Remy Heitz, whose office leads terrorism investigations across the country, said that Cherif Chekatt, suspected perpetrator of the Strasbourg incident on Tuesday, is under 27 criminal convictions in France, Germany, and Switzerland.

At least 3 people died and 13 injured at the incident, but no victim was Vietnamese, said the Vietnamese Embassy in France. The Vietnamese Foreign Ministry has urged the Embassy to maintain close monitor of the event.
