(VOVworld) – 20 cows have been presented to the families of bombs and landmine victims in Phu Cat and Hoai An districts, Binh Dinh province on Friday.

This was as part of the livelihood support program held by the Vietnam Bomb and Mine Action Support Association and Binh Dinh province. President of the Association Nguyen Duc Soat, said: “Victims affected by bombs and landmines during the war are considered disabled. We call on more philanthropists and organizations to support the victims”.
