Vietnamese Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Le Hai Binh said on Wednesday that Vietnam hopes the search and rescue efforts will help find the missing victims of the AirAsia QZ8501 flight soon.

The same day, President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung sent messages of condolences to Indonesian President Joko Widodo. Deputy Prime Minsiter, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a message of condolences to Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi.
