Mr. Phuc underscored the role of small and medium enterprises and the association to focus on activities that produce practical results. He called on the association to propose to the central and local government measures to develop small and medium enterprises. The government leader said the Party and State acknowledge and create favourable conditions for enterprises to thrive and hope that the association will admit more members and contributes more to national development.
