To obtain targets for this year, the government has adopted a motto of “Discipline, Integrity, Action, Creativity, Effectiveness” and is focusing on strengthening macroeconomic stability; creating drastic practical changes and breakthroughs; restructuring the economy, and reforming the growth model; enhancing productivity, quality, effectiveness and competitiveness; promoting startups; and boosting economic growth.

The government will also intensify the fight against corruption and waste and focus on improving people’s lives, protecting the environment, responding to natural disasters and climate change, ensuring national defense and security, and promoting external affairs and international integration.
