Hanoi Catholics active in patriotic emulation activities
(VOVworld) – The Hanoi Committee for Catholic Solidarity convened in Hanoi on Tuesday to review its performance and the patriotic emulation movement among Hanoian Catholics in 2015. Delegates applauded the contributions of Catholics to building new rural areas, restructuring crops, and applying technological advances in agricultural production and livestock breeding.
In 2016 the Hanoi Committee for Catholic Solidarity will hold activities to welcome the 12th National Party Congress and encourage Catholic followers to take part in National Assembly and People’s Council elections, ensuring traffic safety, and preventing crime and social vices.
