Hanoi strives to lure more investment
(VOVWORLD) -Hanoi will focus on administrative reform, and developing infrastructure and large-scale industrial park clusters to solve environmental problems and promote traditional craft villages in 2018, said Mayor Nguyen Duc Trung.

In 2017, the capital city attracted 3.3 billion USD in foreign direct investment.
“We will continue to restructure the local economy, improve the investment climate, and support start-ups. Other measures include promoting the knowledge-based economy and applying high technology to raise productivity”, Mr. Trung noted.
Hanoi authorities also plan to attract investment in trade centers and wholesale markets, and boost high-quality tourism services.
