(VOVworld) – 39 fine art works and photos that won Ho Chi Minh Awards and State Awards last year are now on display in Hanoi. The art works include lacquer and oil on canvas paintings and ceramics. Photographer Chu Chi Thanh won the photography category with a photo, called “the happiness of the winners”, which features the reunion of lieutenant colonel Nguyen Minh Sang with his wife Nguyen Thi Ha after 13 years as a prisoner of US and South Vietnamese forces during the American war.
