(VOVworld) – Ho Chi Minh City has launched an e-portal to process support requests from local businesses.

The portal is administered by the city’s Business Association in corporation with relevant authorities. Businesses could file their requests face to face, by telephone or emails. The Association will regularly report to the municipal authorities about its handling of businesses’ issues. Chu Tien Dung, President of Ho Chi Minh City’s Business Association said: “The Association receives full support from the city People’s Committee to ensure better services for businesses. Whenever businesses have difficulties, such as delayed administrative procedures and unsatisfying responses, please contact the Association so that we could help resolve their difficulties more quickly.”
