Ho Chi Minh City named cheapest city for American expats by Business Insider
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City heads the list of the ten cheapest cities for American expats to live abroad, according to a Business Insider article published on Thursday.

Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok ranked second and third. According to the article, 77% of the foreigners living in Ho Chi Minh City said they felt satisfied with their standard of living and financial situation.
Other cities on the Business Insider list are Chinese Taipei, Panama City and Mexico City.
