(VOVworld) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Grigorievich Lukashenko will visit Vietnam this Wednesday at the invitation of President Truong Tan Sang. The two-day visit will promote traditional friendship and multifaceted links between the two countries.

Both have maintained regular exchanges of high-ranking delegations, close links and mutual support at the United Nations, the Non-Aligned Movement and other forums and international organizations.
Vietnamese and Belarusian leaders will discuss measures to implement signed agreements and boost cooperation in the future, especially when the Vietnam-Eurasian Economic Union takes effect.
