(VOVworld) – India’s cabinet has approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in information technology with Vietnam at Wednesday’s meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The MoU aims to promote collaboration between the two nations through institution and capacity building in IT and human resources development. The MoU will be valid for five years and can be renewed by a written agreement between the two countries.
