(VOVWORLD) - An international poetry night was held Monday in Quang Ninh province to celebrate the third International Poetry Festival and the 17th Vietnamese Poetry Day.
Visitors enjoyed poetry reading, Xam singing, and dancing. Nguyen Huu Thinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Writers' Association, said: “This year’s international poetry night attracted 200 writers from 46 countries and territories. It was a small version of the world poetry festival.”
The closing ceremony of the third International Poetry Festival and the 17th Vietnamese Poetry Day will be held in Hanoi on Wednesday.
