Korean businesses expand operation in Vietnam

(VOVWORLD) -South Korean enterprises have pledged to strengthen connectivity with and assistance for Vietnamese enterprises to participate in supply chains in the future.

The pledge was made during Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung’s visit to the Republic of Korea at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance Kim Dong Yeon. Leaders of leading South Korean enterprises including Samsung, Huyndai Motor, SK, Lotte and POSCO praised the Vietnamese government’s efforts to improve the business environment and affirmed that Vietnam is their strategic investment market.
