Several Korean cultural activities will be introduced to Vietnamese visitors during the cultural week.

Visitors will have the opportunity to visit, interact with, and experience several Korean cultural activities, including a Korean Mask and Pungmul art exhibit and Talchum and Pungmul folk dance performances, try on Hanbok – traditional Korean costumes – and enjoy Korean cuisine. Shim Kyu Ho, head of the Jeju mask dancing artists, said:“The Korean cultural week aims to increase exchanges between Vietnamese and Korean youth so they can learn about each other’s traditional culture. All that most young Vietnamese know about Korean culture is K-pop dance and the Korean wave (Hallyu), so with this event, we want to introduce them to traditional Korean culture."
