Lam Dong hosts an exhibition of Vietnam’s sovereignty over Truong Sa and Hoang Sa archipelagos

(VOVworld) – Maps and documents proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos are on display at an exhibition in Da Lat city.

The exhibition was held by the Ministry of Information and Communications and Lam Dong province and features UNESCO-recognized woodblocks from the Nguyen Dynasty, bibliographies and atlas collections published by many countries in different times, most notably an atlas issued by China’s Qing dynasty in 1906 and subsequently used by the Republic of China. The exhibition also showcased hundreds of valuable documents and publications from Vietnam’s feudal dynasties, the Vietnam Republic administration, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as well as those compiled by western countries which prove Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelago.
