Addressing the function, Truong Thi Mai, head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization, praised the province’s achievements in socio-economic development and consolidation of the national security and defense.
She asked Lao Cai authorities to continue to tap its strengths and potential to make the province stronger in social and economic aspects.
