Media hailed for contributing to revolutionary cause
(VOVWORLD) - The media has always accompanied the cause of national revolution, contributing to national liberation, construction, and defense, said Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Communications and Education Vo Van Thuong.

Mr. Thuong made the remark at a monthly national press meeting in Hanoi while congratulating journalists across the nation on Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day, June 21.
"Journalists play an important role in national development. I hope all media workers will continue to perform their missions honestly and straightforwardly," Mr. Thuong noted.
