(VOVworld) – Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang received Vietnam-Japan Special Friendship Ambassador Sugy Ryotaro in Hanoi on Friday. He said that the effective assistance of the Japanese government and the ambassador’s contributions have strengthened the two countries’ cooperation in civil defense and crime prevention.

He said he hopes for increased cooperation between Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security and Japanese relevant agencies in the years to come. For his part, ambassador Sugi Ryotaro pledged his utmost to contribute to boosting friendship between the two countries.
