The passengers included children under 18, elderly persons, persons with illnesses, stranded tourists, students who lack accommodations due to dormitory closures, and individuals in other difficult circumstances.
When the flight landed at Van Don International Airport in Quang Ninh province, everyone on board received a medical exam and was quarantined in compliance with current health regulations.
