Addressing the first session of the People’s Council for the 2021-2026 term in Dak Lak province’s Buon Ma Thuot City, the Chairman expressed his hope that the province would be an economic driving force for the central highlands towards a development hub of the Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and the Mekong Sub Region. 

"The province should develop policies and mechanisms to lure investment in infrastructure development to connect with neighboring and regional provinces at home and abroad. The investment climate should be improved to increase investment scale and efficiency for a Buon Ma Thuot City of green ecosystem, smart urban area with unique identities,” Chairman Hue said.
