Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said following the talks that the parties involved did not reach any consensus on the proposal by France and Germany to hold an election in Donbass in July. Ukraine said it hadn’t had any direct dialogue with Donbass authorities.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin said there weren’t any breakthroughs in the Paris talks and singled out three problems: ensuring security, withdrawing weapons, and giving OSCE monitors access to the Ukrainian Russian border.
