(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Brazil hold a seminar on Amethyst rock crystals on Wednesday in Hanoi. The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and the Vietnamese-Brazilian Friendship and Cooperation Association co-organized the event.  

Brazil’s ambassador Victoria Alice Cleaver said that Brazil is endowed with many kinds of precious gems and have been a key export for the country for many years. The ambassador said she was delighted that Brazilian rock crystal is now being brought to Vietnam. She added that she hoped the seminar will help to introduce Brazil’s rock crystal to Vietnamese consumers and promote cooperation with Vietnam in this field. So far, Nhat Hai-OIC is the first Vietnamese company to import the crystal from Brazil.
