The meeting reviewed the public security sector’s performance in 2018 and map out tasks for next year. Addressing the event, Mr. Trong praised efforts by the forces to ensure political security and social safety and order. He stressed the need to highlight the public security forces’ achievements and role and to refute fabrications which besmear the police.

Party leader and President Trong said the public security sector should continue to fulfill their tasks for the Party and the people, refine the organizational structure, and improve performance.
