Speaking at the session on Friday, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong praised the provincial achievements in socio-economic development and living standards improvement. He urged the province to promote sustainable growth, technological application in agriculture and eco-tourism. He called for a thorough preparation of documents and personnel for Party congresses at all levels.
