(VOVworld) - Member of the Politburo and permanent member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, Le Hong Anh, chaired a meeting of the Party Central Committee’s External Relations Commission on this year’s work plan.

He hailed the importance of major events this year, including the 12^th national Party Congress, National Assembly and People’s Council elections.
He urged the Commission to promote external relations work on the upcoming Party Congress to boost communications on national renovation and Party leadership: “Improvement of quality and efficiency in research, forecast, report, and recommendation should serve the Politbureau and Secretariat’s leadership in foreign relations. Improvement of foreign relations work should foil any plots to interfere in internal affairs to maintain political stability.”
