(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc is leading a Vietnamese delegation to the ninth Summit on the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam (CLV) Development Triangle which opens on Wednesday in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The visit is made at the invitation of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen.

Since its establishment in 1999, the CLV has proved to be an effective cooperation mechanism for Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.
