At his meeting with leaders of the Europe-ASEAN Business Alliance (EABA), Prime Minister Phuc said the Vietnamese Government will facilitate EU investment in Vietnam in infrastructure, the support industry, technology, climate change adaptation, renewable energy, and the environment.  Phuc asked the EABA to use opportunities created by the Vietnam-EU free trade agreement to boost investment in Vietnam and make inroads into the vast Asia-Pacific market.

During his reception for leaders of the Netherlands-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce (NVCC), Prime Minister Phuc recognized the active role of the organization in supporting cooperation between Vietnamese and Dutch companies. He proposed that the NVCC and the Netherlands’ business community push for early signing and implementation of the Vietnam-EU free trade agreement, which will have a strong impact on their trade relations.
