(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a conference to announce the Planning of Thua Thien Hue province in the 2021-2030 period and Vision to 2050, the Overall Urban Planning of Thua Thien Hue province until 2045 and Vision to 2065, and investment promotion plans.

In his address, the Prime Minister stressed the need to develop smart, green, clean, beautiful, safe, and sustainable urban areas and prioritize the development of urban centers, economic corridors, growth drivers, and development breakthroughs.
"We need to focus on mobilizing all legal resources and effectively use resources to promote traditional growth drivers of investment, export and consumption and create breakthroughs in new growth drivers of green economy, digital economy, circular economy, sharing economy, climate change response and sustainable development. We also need to strengthen investment, human resource development, and connectivity between regions. Lastly, it's important to consolidate the infrastructure development.
The same day, Prime Minister Chinh attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the International Centre No.2 of Hue Central Hospital in Hue city.
