PM urges overseas Vietnamese to uphold national identity
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said on Thursday that the Vietnamese government always treasures expats and considers them inseparable from Vietnam.

At a meeting with the Vietnamese community during a visit to Singapore, Mr. Phuc urged overseas citizens to integrate into the local society and promote Vietnamese culture. He called on Vietnamese in Singapore to contribute to national development and asked Vietnamese Embassy officials to strengthen Vietnam’s strategic partnership with Singapore.
