(VOVworld) – More than 200 military band members from four nations will march through Ho Chi Minh City this weekend as part of the 20th World Police Music Festival.

The Ministry of Public Security made the announcement on Thursday, saying that military bands from Vietnam, Japan, the US, and Singapore will participate in the festival.

This is the second time the festival has been organized in Vietnam.

Initiated by Japan’s Mainichi newspaper, the event has been held annually since 1996.
