(VOVworld) - Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski has approved a new government line-up led by Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz.

Kopacz and her ministers swore an oath promising to obey the constitution and laws of Poland and protect the welfare of the country and its citizens. The new cabinet will appear before members of parliament on October 1^st for a vote of confidence. The government retains 13 ministers from the cabinet of former Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who was forced to resign after the appointment of a new chairman of the European Council. 57-year-old Ewa Kopacz is the second female State leader in the history of Poland. She promised to do her best to gain the trust of the Polish people.
