Madam Doan, who is the first deputy chairwoman of the central emulation and reward board, made the call at a meeting in Hanoi on Monday of the congress’ organizing board to discuss the content and preparations. Some 2,000 delegates will attend the 9th national patriotic emulation congress scheduled for November.
