During his visit to Binh Dinh province, President Phuc on Wednesday attended a ceremony to recognize Tuy Phuoc as a new styled-rural district. He urged Tuy Phuoc to stay united and be creative and determined to implement more effectively the new rural building program

"I hope Tuy Phuoc district will aspire to move forward on a par with other advanced rural districts of Vietnam. There must be a new aspiration to drastically restructure the economy and apply science and technology, especially technology 4.0, digital agriculture, and digital population management, to better serve the people. Tuy Phuoc must become a model new rural district of Vietnam, ” he said. 

President Phuc suggested that Tuy Phuoc district adopt a specific plan with an appropriate roadmap and focus on preserving the natural and social environment for local people to live.
