President Ho Chi Minh – Skilled diplomat, man of culture

In an article by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh to mark the President’s 125th birth anniversary, Minh wrote that President Ho Chi Minh’s outstanding qualities as a senior diplomat and a culturalist were reflected in his leadership during Vietnam’s struggle for national independence and human values.
