He visited and gave gifts to a number of poor families hit hard by floods and wished local residents a quick return to normality.
The same day, Mr. Quang inspected the clean-up and repair work in Da Nang, who is currently hosting the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2017 Leaders’ Week.
