(VOVworld) –President Truong Tan Sang met on Monday representatives of the Compiling Board of the Soldiers’ Memories Book, the liaison of the Comrade-in-arms Association, and war veterans of teh Southeastern Division.

The Soldiers' memories book is a collection of stories of different authors

Sang asked the Compiling Board to carefully verify events and names of soldiers and places to build a trustful historical book on the national resistance war. He said the Party and State have always cared for and imposed policies for national contributors. He urged war veterans to continue to promote and spread the virtue of Uncle Ho’s soldiers to the younger generations and work with the Party and State to fulfill national construction and defense tasks in the new period.
