President Truong Tan Sang meets heroic war veterans
(VOVworld)- On Monday, President Truong Tan Sang heroic war veterans of Division 308 of Army Corps 1 and Division 3 of Military Zone 1. They are the two military divisions that were conferred with the title "Hero of People's Armed Forces".
President Truong Tan Sang and the war veterans reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Army during the past national liberation struggles. The President said the Party and State always remembered and are grateful for Vietnamese soldiers' contributions to national construction and defense. Sang said he hoped war veterans will continue to be bright examples for the younger generation.
