(VOVworld) – It is essential to promote comprehensive international integration in all fields especially in the context of robust development of information technology and e-commerce, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said at a meeting of the National Steering Committee on International Integration in 2015.

He asked sectors, agencies, and localities to work together to implement assigned tasks on international integration. He also asked the government’s negotiation delegation on international trade and economics to cooperate with relevant agencies to accelerate the negotiations on Free Trade Agreements between Vietnam and the EU, the Republic of Korea, Asia-Europe Economic Cooperation, and the ASEAN Free Trade Area. Mr. Dung said related Ministries and sectors need to fully participate in the ASEAN Economic Cooperation mechanism through high-level meetings in an effort to realize the target of the ASEAN Economic Community by the end of 2015.
