(VOVworld)-The Prime Minister has approved a proposal to restructure the national chemical group by 2015. It will remain as a state economic group with leading activities in production of essential chemicals serving agricultural production and export. The restructuring plan focuses on revising internal management regulations, human resources and training, production efficiency, science and technology. The group will enhance its obligations and authority in other businesses in which it has ownership representatives.
