“Vietnam and Cambodia have developed a strategic partnership and close friendship. People say close neighbors are more valuable than distant relatives. Our two countries share a river, have a similar revolutionary history, and support each other in war and peace time. In the past and in the present, Vietnamese-Cambodian relations have been strengthened in politics, diplomacy, economics, and other areas,” Prime Minister Phuc said.
