Central Highlands' gong culture

(VOVworld) - A workshop on the situation and promotion of Vietnamese culture in a changing context opened in Hanoi today/Wednesday. The participants presented reports on solutions for developing Vietnamese culture, while maintaining a strong sense of national identity in the face of national industrialization, modernization and international integration. They stressed the need to maintaining Vietnamese culture in all aspects of society and building a cultural lifestyle in the community by bringing creativity into play. Following the workshop, the participants agreed that it was important to strengthen the preservation and promotion of the cultural values of the ethnic minorities.
